This property is located behind behind KaronTemple, this being said, the property is located at the top of the hill. This was not a problem for us because we rented a scooter. The location is quiet and you’re still near enough to everything in Karon. The property is kept spotless, and the staff are great. If you need anything, you just have to ask and the staff will help you out here. we had everything we needed in the room and the bed was comfortable.

Everything. I don't know why people rate it lower than 10 or 9. Large room, very clean, huge balcony, very comfortable bed! New big flatscreen tv, nice bathroom, good price and decent location. Also free instant coffee and water.

The hosts were very friendly and gracious. The communication via email prior to arrival was very good. Reception/office is about two blocks away from the actual condo/hotel. Pool side has better views than the mountain view side, but mountain view side is therefore quieter. Microwave/cook top/fridge/freezer w ice maker are readily accessible within unit. Foodstore (MAKRO) is about 4 blocks away and numerous mini-marts also nearby as well as many restaurants. Beach was just a 10-15 minute walk away.

Location is good, far from noise of Bangla road. Stayed 4 nights and had no issues. Internet is very good. Room is spacious. The balcony id amazing. 7 to 10 minutes downhill walk to 7/11 massage centres and laundries. Water is provided whenever asked for.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! Perfect location in a quiet and clean area but close enough to walk to the shopping streets, money exchanges, restaurants & tour guides.
The hotel service is incredible, room was cleaned thoroughly everyday, the linen provided and bar fridge topped up. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, huge variety and trust worthy food - did not get sick once.
The pools were great and clean, there were adult only pools and child friendly ones.
Cannot fault the service and style of the resort.
