The sister in charge of the apartment was very helpful, kind, and friendly. Requested for low level since we are tired of driving from KL and they prepare a room close to the entrance for us. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! What we loved the most was the peaceful location just a 10min Scooter ride outside the city—perfect for relaxing and escaping the hustle and bustle. The pool was fantastic anf the food that we ordered was freshly made and very tasty.

Gorgeous, quiet and peaceful boutique residence, 15 mins from Ao Nang and 5 mins from Klong Muang. Our room was very clean and spacious. There was a little kicthenette, space to cook and a nice sized patio area. The pool was very clean and there were lots of sunbeds to relax on.
Staff didn't speak much English, except for the owner, but they were always pleasant and willing to help. Small bar on site, not much food options. But you can get food delivered from nearby and staff will also facilitate scooter rental from nearby.

We are travellers who always choose serviced apartments for all our travel. We are so glad we chose Otter house for our stay at Krabi. we loved everything about the place. Great location, Not noisy yet in the heart of ao nang. Everything is available close to the apartment. The apartment had 2 huge bathrooms , a huge bedroom and then a kitchen/ dining/ living space . Kitchen had enough utensils , an electric stove, a fridge , a microwave! There was an ironing board and iron box. enough space for storage. 2 balconies.
Ideal location, a short walk into the centre of Ao Nang so away from the rowdiness but close to amenities, restaurants and mid way to Nopharat beach. Front of house staff were welcoming, every time we passed :) though we didn't use any hotel services so can't comment on that.
You can not expect perfect Hotel service for the price they take now. If you get it for around 1000 Baht, you get a nice big room at the quietest part of the beach. Thats ok.
Very good hotel, exceptional environment if you do not mind, like us about the mosque proximity and prayer calls. Hotel away enough from the noise of the main street but close enough to have easy acces to many restaurants and stores. Nice and clean swimming pools. We booked a room and a villa, both were very nice, clean, large and well equipped.
