It is nice, small, warm (during the winter) studio with a nice view to the sea and garden. They even made a cute xmas tree to make nicer atmosphere. Private parking and closeness to the city & beach is also very practical.

The staff was absolutely lovely and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our apartment was very clean and comforable, especially with the hot tub on the terrace which was a great place to spend the afternoon. Breakfast buffet was delicious with options to order a la carte breakfast dishes and prosecco. Nature and walkways around the property are beautiful.

The apartment is close to the beach. It is well equipped for a smaller family. It was clean, and they changed the towels, although we did not ask for it. The wifi was stable and strong enough for streaming.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
It is in a quiet location, a little further from traffic, but the center of Piran can be reached on foot in 15-18 minutes. With a fully equipped kitchen, you can arrange for several days of self-catering.
I don't recommend it to those who don't like to walk. If you bring a bicycle, you can reach your destination even faster, but you can join all tours in the area from here.
The property owner met us in a temporary parking space, to give us the key and show us the apartment. As the property is a self-catering apartment, we bought our breakfast ingredients at a nearby grocery store and bakery. But all the necessary appliances were available. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was in good working order. There were charming boxed vignettes, made of rocks arranged in different patterns, as artwork on the walls. The location was about as perfect as one could wish for.
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay as a family. The property and facilities were superb including the self catering apartment with beautiful sea view and sizeable balcony, the pool terrace and bar area. The owners of the property were wonderful and responsive to our every question and need. The property was a short 10 minute walk from Piran so location was also very convenient. Thanks for making us very welcome!
Location is good, the view is wonderful, the host is very friendly. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything one might need for self catering. A lady in the neighbor apartment is singing some opera which is very nice and creates absolutely stunning mood. The apartment is good for a one night stay
The location is the biggest advantage. Self-catering is also something well thought out.
