“Not the most convenient stay for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque”
We stayed at this property through a booking website and were a bit disappointed with certain aspects of the experience. The hotel is around 7 miles from Masjid al-Nabawi, which makes getting to the mosque quite a hassle. There’s no hotel shuttle service for drop-off, so each visit required arranging a taxi ourselves. Unfortunately, the taxi prices varied each time, making it unpredictable and sometimes costly.
We found that using the Careem app was the most reliable option for transport, usually costing between 10-15 SAR per trip, which saved us from the hassle of inconsistent taxi fares. Additionally, the hotel had no hot water during our stay, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day out.
Overall, while the hotel may work for some travelers, those planning to visit the Prophet’s Mosque frequently might find it less convenient.

I really enjoyed the place, everything seems brand new and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much to ask for and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and homy. Coffee was available on request and any help with taxis or directions was readily available.
Also, despite not being on the main roads, the location is excellent as it is less than 1 min walk from the nearby mosque and less than 5 min drive from the central holy mosque.
All in all, would highly recommend and return! Thanks!

Very good and quick hotel service the location is exellent because it is next to masjid nabwi. The food is also amazing. dilawar who is a bellman coperates very well and is very fast. Kahalid who works at the reception also cooperates very good and is very kind. And inshallah we will vist soon
The best apartment hotel in Madinah as per the size of the apartments me and my family love to spend our short stay in this place, close to some good places to eat as per our liking and comfortable.
