Hotel service was great. Service personnel were also very helpful. Moydul Islam was very helpful.
Hopefully we would be staying there again soon Insha-ALLAH.
In the reception the hotel authority needs Good English speaking persons in order to provide excellent customer services.

Hotel is very close to haram only 5 mins walking.
Hotel Services is very great. Nearby for everything, shop, food and pharmacy n so on. Even I stay twice for umrah.

It is an excellent hotel with all amenities of life ,restaurants, shops,very nearby. HARAM MAKKAH is on walking distance too. It has 7 functionality active lifts serving 30 floors, that's more than enough. Dining area,mosque, children play area ,activities area ,cafeteria, mini restaurant souvenir shops all inside mashallah .Hotel services staff is extremely polite and helpful too. Cleanliness is at top level too.
