Superb Luxury Suites in Belgrade exceeded our expectations for an 8-night stay! The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the spacious, clean rooms made our long stay comfortable. Despite being in an older area, the bathroom facilities (hot water, sifon) were fuctioning without any problems. We appreciated the thoughtful extras like the free water, coffee, and herbal teas, as well as plenty of storage space and hangers. The housekeeping service was great and responsive to our requests for fresh towels and sheets.
Our room faced the street, which has a pub nearby, so there was some lively local music at night. While it didn’t bother us, light sleepers might prefer to request a quieter room on the other side. Special thanks to Vladimir, who was incredibly helpful with arranging airport transfers and making us feel at home. The New Year’s gesture of champagne left in our room was such a delightful surprise!
For improvement, we’d suggest adding another mirror outside the bathroom for convenience and maybe providing slippers for guests—especially useful during the colder months when heating in the entrance area of the room was a bit challenging. But honestly, these are minor details in an otherwise flawless experience.
Overall: Highly recommend! It's one of the best places we've stayed in Belgrade, offering excellent service, comfort, and thoughtful touches.

The host Bane was friendly, responsive and helpful. Helped me with printing and even checked in to make sure I was ok when he didn’t see me after 2 days. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location in the centre of the oldest part of town in Zemun and about 10min bus ride to the centre of Belgrade (or nice walk along the Danube). There was a small kitchenette in the room and another communal kitchen and washing machine.

I certainly liked the attitude of the host who is really attentive to the needs of guests. The studio is a very nice addition to the house, similar to the "mews" in London. Cozy area around the house, property of a reasonable size, and offers self-catering. All clean, more than a great location.
Quiet but central location. Close to bus station. Close to restaurants. Staff were incredibly helpful. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Stayed for two week self catering.
Firstly “Ivan” the owner was so welcoming and and accommodating, explained where everything was, one of the beauties of this lovely apartment is there’s everything you need for self catering!! Yes..even an ironing board and hair dryer (if I had much hair!) had I went for just a room there is no way I could cook for myself, all the cutlery and crockery you could need! Very clean, very smart..
Sadly I believe it may not be available when I need to go back as it’s such a popular apartment (but I’ll try 1st)!!

Great apartment in a new building on an excellent location. Besides central location it was super quiet. It was hotel-like equipped with everything you need and more. We loved the espresso machine. The communication with the owner was also great. Even though we stayed only two days, we would definitely visit again.

Clean and well-presented, this hotel isn’t your typical definition of one. It almost feels quite aparthotel-like in its makeup. That said, it’s modern and very modestly priced certainly for the night we booked. The location is also good for nearby bars and cafés.
