It is very close to the Old Town (10 minute walk). We really liked the extra touches in the room such as the sweets, noticeboard for messages from other guests etc. it also had a small kitchen for self catering. The room was clean and tidy and communication with the host was good.
The hotel matches its name . Cozy, clean and prettily. There’s a perfect restaurant with delicious dishes. The breakfast was varied. Hotel service at the highest level. 🇹🇩👐🇺🇦

Once the location decides "are we an aparthotel or are we a true hotel" and acts accordingly, I think they will be fine.
Breakfast was not provided as it was a self-catering property. The property was well located close to a Metro Station and the old city centre was within walking distance. Communication was good with the host who was helpful. It was wells served with appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine etc.
Great price, perfect location, right in the heart of center, there are multiple service apartment at the property with a common kitchen and dining area. The car parking at premises is possible with extra charge, the quality of rooms and bed was excellent. Self check in option is fantastic when you have to check-in odd hours.

Breakfast was OK, even if not fantastic. Nice room with comfy beds.
But don't expect bar, restaurant etc. - it's basically and apartment hotel with a breakfast room. There is no need for anything else with the city center just around the corner :)!
