The Apartment is located in a very easy access location close to everything in the city centre. However if you have a car, you might be aware of the parking on street which is paid during the day.
It is located just beside a restaurant.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The quality of the accomodation. The facilities, especially the downstairs room with tea, coffee making equipment, fridge, sink, electric induction hob, microwave and fully fitted cupboards for self catering and a nice dining area.
The host and hostess couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.
Communication with the host was very good. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the old town with easy access to everything. The flat has a private courtyard so you can sit outside. It has everything you need for self-catering. My only comment is that I was there for 12 nights and the wardrobe only took shirt length items, there are a few hooks on the wall which I used and just laid things on chairs! Shower was nice and hot and everything worked.
The recently refurbished apartment in a historic building was much bigger than we expected. We unexpectedly arrived early and the apartment was was ready and our host let us in. Our host was a fantastic advocate for Setubal and was very keen that we enjoyed our visit, which we did! The apartment was secure, and well-appointed for self catering, including some cooking ingredients and equipment. The location was excellent, being close to the older port, restaurants and fort. We loved the chic beach style decorating.
Fabulous accommodation in an excellent location close to the centre and the visitor attractions. Full range of facilities for occasional self catering. Everything that anyone needs in the nearby market.
Casa 70 is a lovely space at less than a 10 minutes walk to the historic centre. Nice room and the kitchen allows self catering on any time of the day. Most of all, Nena is a lovely host who gave us lots of tips to get the most out of our short stay in Setubal. We hope to return here some day shortly!!

Our windmill have been exquisitely converted. It was really comfortable and the facilities were excellent for self-catering.
The swimming pool is large and well placed to enjoy the view and the peace.
