리셉션 직원이 우리의 요청에 해결해 주려고 노력해 주어서 무척 고마웠음( 안티젠 예약 날짜를 오류로 직접 전화를 해야 하는 상황이었고 일요일이라 그가 전화해도 받지 않았다 다음날 조식 시간이라 바쁜데도 불구하고 미리 전화해 주겠다고 물어봐서 주어서 감동했음)
