It's a nice hotel with a good location, as you can reach all the sites very quickly. We have decided for this hotel, as in this time of the year (stayed December, over Christmas) the weather is not always good. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a sauna. We used them every day. The gym is also well equipped. We stayed in an appartment and did not use the restaurant facilities. The room view was towards the outdoor pool, but right and left, we had nice views towards mountains and the ocean. Generally, it was a wet side, so we couldn't get the swimming suites dry on the balcony.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Toi et Moi was perfect for our stay in Ponta Delgada. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked really well. The apartment was also well equipped for self-catering. Enjoyed having a drink on one of the two balconies of an evening. The air conditioning was also an added bonus. The location was great - very close to restaurants, the harbour and main bus stops. Sara was friendly and communicative throughout, and the welcome gift was a lovely surprise.
We got full information about how to arrive at the apartment in late hours in advance. It was possible to order breakfast and to choose dishes. The apartment hotel is new, modern and very clear. There is an excellent spa inside. The staff is very helpful.
It is a brand new apartment hotel, with the friendliest team of staff possible.Though the reception is not staffed in the evening, they respond quickly on WhatsApp and you can always access the hotel, room, and parking with your code.
Fresh breakfast is brought up to your room daily. The location is on a quiet but steep little street, and a pleasant 10-minute walk to town centre. I enjoyed my stay so much that I immediately booked the accommodation again when I returned from a trip to another island.

Modern apartment close to the centre of Ponta Delgada but not too busy. Very welcoming staff, even deep in the night when we arrived late. A great modern styled large bathroom, too.
We spent the days self-catering, nice places for breakfast and dinner are in walking distance.
If you plan to take a car there is plenty of public parking space directly outside but only free of charge on Sunday and at night.
My advice to you: don’t even contemplate twice, when you see the rooms available. Simply grab the offer! The place is incredibly cosy and welcoming in a home-like way. Because of many objects of history of the discreet family, this makes you feel as residing at an interesting museum. Pedro and Maria are very responsive and assistant in any issues.
