Apt was very close to everything like the mini market and ferry terminal . I also liked the location because you have a lot of choices for places to eat. The semana do Mar was very close and beautiful view of Pico .

Horta Bay is an excellent hotel. An easy 13 minute walk from the ferry terminal on flat ground using the lovely harbor front promenade. It is a minutes walk to many fine restaurants including Peter’s Cafe and a bakery right next door. They serve a very adequate breakfast to start your day. Get a room with a harbor view. Inn keepers were very kind and helpful.

The location is very central. The apartment was very clean. Loved having the washer and dryer. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The hosts stored our luggage for us while our room was being cleaned.
