The room was great. My only issue was the music playing outside right beneath my room on the street when my room was thd one with the River view. On my return I had a back room (no 11) which was quieter. I could still hear the music but it was softer. Breakfast & lunch at the 350 restaurant were great.

These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The location and the attitude of young man running it . The "Why not " is not high luxury . But for self catering , budget conscious patrons it is excellent value . If l return to Espinho .I want to stay there.
Best self catering apartment I have ever stayed in. Had absolutely everything you would need and the decor was a very high standard. Could not fault this place!!!
