I loved the pool and the beach, they were nice, safe and clean.
Molt ben situat, a prop de la platja i a 2 minuts del supermercat caminant. L’habitació, el lavabo i la cuina tenien tot el necessari per l’estada. Espaiós i amb aire acondicionat.
La ubicació és perfecta. El check in va ser molt àgil i el personal de recepció és encantador. La rentadora i assecadora és un plus. També es varen guardar les maletes ja que vàrem arribar abans de l'hora del check-in.
L’hotel està al casc antic de San Juan, cosa que fa que tingui una ubicació excel•lent i que pagui peatges com el fet de no tenir ascensor. Per nosaltres això no va ser cap problema. A més té un sistema de whatsapp amb recepció que fa que ells vagin amunt i avall. Disposa de barra lliure pels hostes de l’hotel al hall. Preparen sucs, còctels i tot el vi o aigua que vulguis. L’atenció dels treballadors és de 10.
Mida de l'habitació molt espaiosa, personal agradable al check in (no al check out). Zona de piscina correcta. Servei de para-sol i hamaques a la platja gratuït per clients de l'hotel, platja a 5min a peu.
Palacio provincial és la millor opció si vols allotjar-te al viejo San Juan. És just al centre i pots anar caminant a tot arreu per visitar la ciutat vella. L'hotel en sí és un antic palau colonial espanyol, renovat i adaptat als estàndards moderns. La terrassa superior és d'un altre món, amb vistes a l'església de 500 anys.
