Great communication with the hotel, very prompt in responses. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Even though it is a large hotel with a lots and lots of kids all around, the room itself was surprisingly quite. Really nice jacuzzi at the terrace of the spa.

Cosy and comfortable. All self-catering facilities present. Quiet. View. Location good for access to town and hills without being in built up tourist aea.
Good location, clean and tidy accomodation, feels like brand new. Great selection of food for breakfast, we just had breakfast included, so can't say anything about other meals. Hotel service always helpful and friendly, some of them I believe are from Ukraine or Chechia but that's not a problem at all, they understand Polish very well.
Self catering apartment in a very close proximity to the town ctr, 3 supermarkets within a short walking distance. We chose a ground floor apartment which had a benefit of an open plan patio with table and chairs and some grass for the kids to play. Glimpses of the mountains directly from the apartment. Playpark for the kids within the complex, assigned parking place and a bonus of a storage room (bikes, skis) in the basement. Property and the building really well looked after.
