The hotel is very nice, in a nice location, with private parking (free). The room was beautifully furnished, clean. The staff was nice. Communication during booking was fast and very helpful (we wished for the blue room from the cover photo, which they accommodated).

We loved the hotel. It was excellent, clean and tidy, with friendly and welcoming staff who were very helpful. It was within the walking distance to the Main Street in Szklarska Poręba. We didn’t go skiing as we only came for a short stay but the ski area was very close to the hotel too. Some great restaurants nearby with delicious food and plenty to do and see. We loved the jacuzzi and sauna available at the hotel as well. We would definitely highly recommend it.
