Rooms are newly renovated. All appliances worked smoothly and did not look like ones from a low budget hotel. The room and corridors were clean and the room has everything necessary for a short-term staying. A cleaning lady was nice and very polite. The door look in the rooms work based on codes, which is very convenient since you do not need to carry keys. In general, a better management and a bit of investments could substantially improve the hotel positioning it as the very good value for money.

The room was comfy, clean, and we really enjoyed the easy access via the terrace. The room southern location was a nice benefit, especially to enjoy summer evenings on sunbeds.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
An apartment in an apartment block nicely converted to a hotel-like facility with kitchennete. Literally a few mins walk from the old center. Very clean and easily accessible.
