Fresh hotel. Kitchen part with stuff all you need. The only thing I wanted to have there is kitchen towel because do not like waste paper towels. Roomy wardrobe. Good tv, I was able to connect and PS5 and laptop to see tv series. Hard mantras and soft bed stuff. Comfortable table and armchairs. Well work heaters, that good to dry snowboarding equipment. Good bathroom. Where quite, no noises at all. And so I was able to play PS and to not disturb neighbors.
Its not properly set how to be cleaning on long stay, 12 days in my case. But staff resolved my issue and I had extra cleaning while my stay in apartment. Spa zone with pool and 2 saunas. Almost always free places. Sauna is really great advantage after a day in the mountains. As and understand parking. No time waste for snow cleaning and car warming. Wake up and go snowboarding, with no delays.
If to resolved Internet speed issues it could easilybe a 3-star hotel.

We had a quick visit to Zakopane and found this gorgeous house for our stay. Easy self check-in and instructions were given in time and clearly. The view of the top apartment was stunning. We were with a car, and downtown was around 12 min drive, but local bus stops are 4-5 min walk away. We would stay here again if we come back.

The people at the hotel were the most wonderful I’ve ever had the pleasure to be with.
I booked the room late in the day, too late to schedule for dinner. They went out of their way to make sure I had something to eat.
After supper, the front desk clerk brought a bag full of food for me to eat for dinner and enough for breakfast as the new I would be leaving early in the morning.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel because it is the people who make it a special place to stay!

The apartment was very clean. Kitchen has all the utensils and pan to cook your own food.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
This is a pretty new apartment hotel building with garage, sky racks, small shop and spa. The location is nice and the view at least from some of the apartments is very nice. The apartment we stayed in was an excellent choice with a very comfy bed and pretty nice living room and open kitchen.
Great value for the money if you are on the budget, and especially if you want to do self catering. Owners did a great job to provide self catering, even in my single room, I did not miss anything during my stay. The place is very clean, there is also a place to store and dry your skis. The internet worked great, good place to travel and work. Totally recommend!!!
I loved the view from my window, which was most probably related to my room location. I could see the whole Tatra mountains from east to west so close I checked if they are there every morning! Hotel service was super polite and helpful in case of any unexpected situations.
