All was OK. Its a small hotel so check in by 7PM otherwise access by code. Clean room. My only reservation was my window view was directly into another room. No lift.

Stayed for several days. Room new and comfy. Would appreciate supply of teabags and sugar, especially when arriving late at night, otherwise no point having kettle in the room. Fridge in the room but not could not plug in. The hotel should provide more real images of the rooms as there is a variety. There was an issue with an unauthorised entry to my room by subcontractor which was dealt with by the hotel staff. Hope this will never happen again. Otherwise, the building /rooms were newly decorated. I think person cleaning my room dislike hoovering.

The self check-in was very easy. Althoug i was tired and a bit counfused to find my room, the stuff was easy to contact with and patient to help me with instructions. The room was very comfortable and clean.

I love this place! A dignified, apparently purpose-built boarding house (for tourists, I am guessing, as the street is called “Turysty”).
A neighbour on my floor was smoking in their room after my host had left though, so I cancelled my next booking which would have meant I would have been here for six days altogether.
The very nice owner let me off the cancellation charge due to the circumstances. He has clear “No Smoking” signs around the place and on the welcome sheet in the room.
Kamienica Boutique ApartHotel in Bialystok, Poland was a real treat. The hotel is brand new in an old refurbished building. The hotel staff was excellent and took care of my need for directions and the next day for a quick taxi to the train station. The room was quiet and I had a really nice sleep.
The next morning I went for breakfast and was happy to see several vegan options on the menu.
If I am ever back in Bialystok then I will certainly stay here at this top rated hotel again.
Apart hotel located very close to the old center of the city. Newly renovated, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Stable and fast wifi. TV with on-demand movies (Netflix etc.). Outside the reception hours, access to the building and rooms is facilitated with a code system (codes provided by a text message prior to the arrival).
