The rooms are incredible spacious, the beds are big and very comfy. We loved the fact that we had a heater in the apartament because nights can be cold in Cusco. It is located in the city center but on a quiet street. The interior garden is really nice if you want to finish your coffee in the mornings.

A unique place. At first I thought it was a bit out of the way from the central plaza, but cabs in Cusco are very cheap, so I decided to choose this facility.
And it was a best choice.
My whole group was delighted. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The facility serves delicious breakfasts and the host John makes sure that you don't lack anything. You can speak to him in English and Spanish and he is sure to answer any of your questions and help you with anything you need.
And finally, a little secret. The property has a beautiful terrace on the top floor. It doesn't matter if you have just finished breakfast or if you want to relax after a long day and look at all of Cusco from above. This place attracts. You sit down in a comfortable chair. When it's cold, you cover yourself with a blanket udsotted there. You take a cup of coffee in your hand and know that the Incas were very wise (Inkasabios).
I hope to return to Cusco someday and will definitely choose INKASABIOS again.

Carmen is incredible. Even though she speaks mostly just spanish, we still understood each other. She makes amazing eggs and fresh fruit juice for breakfast and makes sure you are happy always. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both conveniently came with a kitchenette and all the tools you need in there. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms quiet and the showers maybe a bit outdated but hot and relaxing. The location was incredible, just a few minutes walk from everywhere important and with a stunning few over the Cusco hills, especially at night, when the street lights are on. Highly recommended place!

This apartment hotel is new, clean and very well suited. It has everything that is listed (although nothing more). It was very easy to handle payment in South America and very easy to get Ubers. I believe the breakfast was probably good but we were gone too early every morning (not until 6 am) and I imagine the location is decent if you are wanting to do the things around there. It is also decently close to the train station.

1st, the staff is friendly and very helpful with activities to do in Cusco.
2nd, Breakfast was nice with fresh juice.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Clean, unlimited hot water, lots of duvets and blankets. Great self catering kitchen with all utensils you'll need. Microwave, kettle etc. Roof terrace views and laundry machine up there too. Great value. We loved it.
This is an excellent brand new apartment hotel. The facilities are excellent. We had a very comfortable 3 room apartment. There is secure underground parking. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic in a restaurant with panoramic views. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown, but not in it so it is a quiet area.
A wonderful, quiet, confortable, super clean aparthotel, at a short walking distance from the Plaza de Armas, and even closer from the Coricancha. The staff was lovely with us and the little Picchu (a four-month old cat) is super cute. We hope to return soon! Muchas gracias 😊
It is more of a hotel than an apart hotel, the room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Clean, spacious bathroom and nice hot shower. The staff was so helpful and ready to facilitate whatever needs we had.

A beautiful and quiet part of the city, away from all the husstle and bustle. The place was perfect for self catering with comfy beds and well cleaned every day. Nice hot water shower with good power. They provided a simple but adequite breakfast. And for the days when we were leaving early on trips, they provided a packed lunch.
We stayed 3 nights in Katari Apart Hotel. The room was were good and comfortable. Less than ten minutes walking to Plaza de Armas. The team supported us very good, also communication ahead of arrival was perfect.
