The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops and tourist sites in the old city. The staff was very helpful in suggesting where to eat, visit etc and in arranging tours. They even spoke to the people at our next destination when we were having difficulty contacting/ communicating with them. The air conditioning worked really well which was excellent because it was really hot outside when we were there. The apartment is very roomy and clean. We loved sitting out on the two verandas. We will definitely return.

Easy entry, everything was as promised. The help vids on the coffee machine, etc were nice to have too.
Mostly though the location is perfect ... quiet, yet central to fun (tourist) shopping, a few museums, and a plethora of highly rated restaurants within a 2 minute walk of the front door.

I arrived late so I got a message how to check-in into my room -worked easy and quick - great!
I had a single-room which was spacious enough, had an AC and was super clean.
I had breakfast on the patio in the sun which was freshmade and tasty.
There's a parking lot in the middle of the Container-Hotel where it felt safe to park the car (for free -great!).
Neighborhood seemed quiet but there are not many things around like supermarket, restaurants etc.

This gem in the middle of Casco Viejo is an amazing find in the centre of the old town.
We stayed 2 nights at 2 different times of our trip in 2 different apartments (a 3 and a 4 bedroom) and both were amazing and had a private rooftop each 🥰
The decorations and taste were sumptuous and we had a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh beers in the fridge which was greatly appreciated.
We felt really privileged and wish we had stayed longer in the beautiful place.
The password and codes for doors were super convenient as we did not need a key to access the apartment.

A really lovely place to stay with fantastic staff, especially Dashida. All the comforts and facilities of a hotel, with the self catering you would get in a hostel. There was a great atmosphere around the place and we got to met some lovely people too.

Location is incredible. Right in the center of Casco Viejo with great restaurants and rooftop bars. The ApartHotel property has its own rooftop terrace serviced by the ground level Cafe Baloo. Also a friendly resident cat! Liked having a communal kitchen with fridge to store leftovers and drinks.
The Aparthotel was in a great central location and had everything needed for an extended stay. Kitchenette, washer and dryer on site, continental breakfast, driver available. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Pets are welcome! I would stay here again!
No meals were provided and we were not expecting any. This is an aparthotel so is self-catering. The apartment had everything we needed although an electric kettle and some tea bags and coffee sachets would have been appreciated. The staff are the best asset of this hotel - Anna, Edith and Jose were all very kind and helpful. They made our stay.
