Great location, friendly staff, very large and clean room. As others have said - it's a budget hotel, so don't expect luxury but an excellent choice for a great price. No breakfast available here. Walking distance to suq and corniche.

I enjoy staying here for weekend escapes from Muscat. Very good value and wonderfully situated for excellent restaurants. Sur Sea Restaurant (about 100m away) serves some of the best South Asian food I’ve tasted. Highly recommended.
