Location is good. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s a short trip away from the airport. You will need a car to get to the main attractions though. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean and spacious.

Very good apartment hotel. The hotel is ocated in an area where you can easily find a lot of restaurants and a big Nesto Market. The hotel is just opposite to Mall of Muscat, so one can literally walk into the Mall on a good day if the weather allows (not in June/July of course). Staff was friendly. Room/Apartment was fine and there was a kitchen with basic facilities like fridge and microwave oven.
Excellent self catering apartment which suited our needs perfectly. Super friendly staff, excellent well equipped gym and medium sized rooftop pool. We did not want to stay in a hotel and Fraser Suites suited us perfectly. The outdoor restaurant (Hamra) was very atmospheric with an amazing sunset view.

This is a functional apartment. It has the absolute basics for self-catering and there is a small supermarket on site, although it is not easy to access. The two bedrooms both have double beds (no twin beds in the apartment). The apartment has access to a lovely private beach and bay for swimming and supping. Access is a 10 min walk. There is an adjacent resort hotel on the bay.
The hotel service was somewhat subpar, and the breakfast buffet lacked variety. The daily breakfast was monotonous. There is a need for the hotel management to take immediate action to improve the variety and quality of breakfast.
