An excellent option for a family or a group of friends. This townhouse was clean and well-equipped, comfortable and perfectly situated for a walk along the seafront or going out for a meal. Both bedrooms were comfortable and stylish. We were able to cook breakfast and to use the washer and the dryer (washing powder provided), and this was just great. We liked this aparthotel so much, we booked it again. The reception team were friendly and efficient.
This is a basic apartment hotel. We only stayed one night while transiting through Wellington. We arrived around 9 p.m., so most cafes were closed. When we went 2 blocks over, we found restaurants, etc. The following morning when reception opened, the staff was extremely helpful in getting us to the ferry. This may not be the most modern place to stay, but it was comfortable and affordable.
Hotel is brilliantly located for central Wellington, the decor stunning and facilities and comfort just wonderful. Very spacious room, clean, and helpful staff. Highly recommend the Museum Apartment Hotel.

The location is good with plenty of shops and cafés nearby. I particularly liked being close to Cuba Street and found some great places for brunch there.
My room was really quiet, it was a bit separate from other rooms with a double door so I didn't hear any noise from other guests when I was there and virtually no traffic noise either.
The staff were really helpful and friendly.
I liked having a television and kitchen area.
Excellent value for money accommodation in central Auckland - close to the Botanic Gardens, harbour and other central tourist sites. The comfortable room was well-equipped for self-catering (microwave, cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster), though no hob. Staff were friendly and helpful.
