The location of the property was excellent. Right in the middle of the town and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful, always friendly and available. The apartments included use of paddle boards and kayaks for the beach. It also included the use of the tennis rackets and the tennis club. Amazing and relaxing stay.

We loved our 5-night stay at Te Minaaki Villa. It was ideally located for us to explore the BOI area, enjoy walks to Long Beach and Russell town centre as well as soak up the beautiful views over the bay from our deck.
The comfortable sized studio Villa offered all we needed for self catering including a useful BBQ. Thanks again Donna for for all your recommendations and top hospitality.
The setting for this accommodation is superb with a balcony and view over the bay. The room is spacious enough to live in comfortably with some hanging space and a twin made double bed that was fine. Table and chairs for dining and 2 comfy chairs for sitting as well as the balcony. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for self catering which was our preference. Good shower. A very good three night stay with friendlyl and considerate owners who were helpful throughout.
Self catering, lovely place, great view, easy walk to town, had everything we needed. Friendly excellent hosts.
