Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Drifters Inn was the perfect place to stay in Hanmer Springs. It was situated right in the centre of the action and across the road from the Hot Springs.
Everything was perfect and the kitchen was immaculately clean with a comfortable dining and sitting room for self catering. We highly recommend Drifters Inn.
Warm and welcoming, accommodated an early arrival, large comfortable room with good amenities for self-catering. Close to walks, hot pool and facilities of the town.
Excellent location, easy walk to everything in Hanmer Springs. Most things you needed for self catering, but all restaurants and cafes also easy access. Pleased there was a spare bedroom (see "didn't like").
Large open fire and general set up in the communal area- perfect on cold wet winter's days. Great kitchen for self-catering. Friendly staff. Netflix in bedroom.
The beautiful park like setting, handy to town, very peaceful and quiet as chalets well separated. Had everything needed for self catering and our hosts were lovely. Not ultra modern, it was like stepping back into the 90s and that was fine with us.
