The place was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They thoughtfully provided us with a city map and gave us an excellent introduction to the area. Since it was close to Christmas and most places were closed, the staff went above and beyond by recommending restaurants that might still be open. We would definitely return if we decide to revisit this city.

Location was great . East walking distance to the city centre and Hagley Park. Staff were helpful. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Very close to conference centr (Te Pae) and everywhere in the city was walkable. Very safe neighbourhood but pay attention to late night access and early morning exit. apartment has everything you could want for self-catering but also, very nice cafe is literally on the doorstep for a high quality caffeine shot for breakfast. The apartment’s bedrooms and main bathroom are on the top floor and one of the bedrooms has an en suite which was a lovely surprise.
The facilities were very good for self catering. It was in a great location; not too far from the airport. It was close to Hagley Park and we were able to walk into the city centre. The bed was comfortable and the staff gave us clean towels.
A perfect location for seeing downtown Christchurch. Self check in made it exceptionally easy to drop our bags and head out sightseeing. We were able to get groceries nearby for self-catering meals. Close proximity to a bus station made it easy to catch the bus to further destinations. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax. Super convenient to have laundry machines in suite.
Easy to find and close to airport terminal. Easy check in. Comfortable lounge and well set up for self catering meals. Nice outdoor area for relaxing in.
