The hotel had amazing views of the "IJ" river. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The 3-room apartment (and hotel overall) were very clean. There was a small washer/dryer in the kitchenette area, and we cooked breakfast one morning using the pots and pans supplied. The beds were comfortable enough. The area around the hotel felt safe, although, it was recommended that we not park our rental mini-bus in front of the hotel as the area had been subjected to car break-ins. So, we parked in a nearby garage without issue.

Facilities - included washer/dryer combo in the room, coffee maker. Had a big trashcan in the kitchen which was great. Wifi was dependable. About a seven min walk to bus and tram stops. Quiet neighborhood.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Always checking in to see how everything was, if we needed more towels and our bedding cleaned. Excellent service! Also the beds and bedding were comfortable and it had a nice shower.
The location was excellent for getting to most places. Everything we wanted to see was within a 1-1.5 km walk. The apartment was very near to the public transportation (just a block behind or 2 blocks away) to a stop that would take you to the museumplein and centraal train station. The view is beautiful also. Nothing beats sitting on a bench watching the boats go by on the canal. Lots of restaurants and cafes to sit and people watch.

Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
On a cycling holiday touring the Netherlands. The suite was reasonably priced for a central location just 4 minutes from the railway station, and just what we needed for a 2 night stay while we visited Zaanse Schans. Microwave, kettle, coffee maker and fridge, and Albert Heijns just two minutes walk away meant that we could be self-catering. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Lock-up bike shed for our bikes during our staty. Stains on the carpet and dirty windows meant we couldn't give it a 10.
