We were really very impress with all the staff we have cross path(reception, concierge, housekeeping and even the doorman) - they were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Frankly, we didn't expect such service from a service apartment, well done. Our experience was was even better than a hotel.
This serviced apartment is in a strategic location with a mall in the pedistal of the complex that has a plethora of great eating options. The 1-bedroom apartment is spacious and well equipped. The pool is very enjoyable. The staff is terrific. We enjoyed staying in this central location with plenty of room and supportive, friendly staff.
The apartment is new and spacious. Great View of the city as we were living on the higher floors. Amenities and facilities were excellent, loved the fitness centre, the swimming pool (longest infinity pool) playground for kids, climbing wall, urban garden. Good Security, every lift entrance required keycard, guards stationed at the carpark entrance. I'm glad the room had a washing machine and dryer to do laundry. Beds were comfy. overall, the best serviced apartment I've stayed at.
