First, they transferred us to IMPERIAL SERVICED APARTMENT so my review will not be on Vivacity Apartment. The place is at the Boulevard, which is practically empty. I like that it's quiet and nearby the airport.
The hotel services and facilities were good. But the services from Booking.com needs improvement, for example, we shortened our stay and were promised a refund but Booking.com seem elusive on the matter
