Location was great. Plenty of food options nearby and not too far from Kuantan city. The view from the apartment's balcony is quite nice. You can sit there in the evening and enjoy the view with the evening breeze. The apartment was also well equipped although some slippers to go down to beach or bedroom would be nice

Clean and smelled nice! The view was a bonus too! Many shops to consider for makan (food) but all Malay cuisine opposite Timurbay if people don't mind Malay food. We loved it! Satar and keropok lekor was too good!

The location is near the beach. The facilities are very nice and good. This is by far the most convenient facilities i,ve received in a serviced apartment. Easy parking for visitors. Big pool and next to the beach. Cleanliness is top notch even at the beach. Overall good stay and would definitely repeat.
Usually, when we book the room it will come together with breakfast for 2 but unfortunately, no offer for breakfast even though we have paid at the market price for the normal room... so sad and not with a 5-star hotel-like Zenith, Kuantan...
