Good service overall. Clean house. Nicely decorated. The water is not hot enough to fill a bath. So if you plan to have a nice hot bath think again. The property is nice and if you are going to Malaysia it is a good place. It is overpriced. The only reason I stayed was because I wanted a room that is comfortable and there are not a lot of good options in the area.

The apartment is big. The bed is comfortable and the soup they provide is very nice. This apartment provides hotel service with a reception and self check in kiosk. There are a few restaurants and cafes, plus a 24/7 convenient store located in the department. There is no need to worry about late check-in and food. It is only a 10-minute drive away from Genting. Way more comfy and bigger apartments at a cheaper price than the first world hotel rate. Complimentary parking too
I think it has a nice view. The unit is spacious and it has all the basic needs for a service apartment. we enjoy the pillow and the bed very much. Our kids enjoy playing the game console. Overall we had a pleasant stay in the apartment.

Everything is up to standard as expected from an apart hotel by Swiss Garden.
Breakfast is adequate. Pleasant to see that they serve eggs: soft boiled, hard boiled, scrambled, omelettes in action station and also sunny side up eggs.
