The room was excellent -- comfortable, clean and had a small balcony with a great view. The shared balcony on top of the roof was absolutely stunning! All the hosts were welcoming, accommodating and very courteous.

The apartments are of high quality and offer a stunning view of Budva city. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy. The room was immaculate, and the breakfast provided a diverse range of options. I highly recommend these apartments due to their advantageous location in a well-serviced area, as well as their proximity to downtown Budva, which is just a five-minute walk away. Just be aware that you need a bit of cardio fitness to ramp up to the stairs (but we enjoyed this, too!)

We received a bigger room/apartment at no additional cost, and the owner was kind enough to let us check out 2 hours later than usual.
It's a nice spacious and well-designed apartment with lots of light sources and a working kitchen. The building itself is super close to the beach and 10 minutes (of walking) away from Budva's Old Town.

Very nice hosts, very clean, excellent view, location in general very good because very calm and silent area, own balcony, kitchen sufficently equipped for self-catering, excellent hiking and swimming options because of vicinity of the Adriatic coast.
I rate the hotel service positively - the staff at the breakfast shift in the restaurant and the boys from the sun loungers were the nicest. A plus for the gentleman from the reception who has a pro-client approach. The location of the hotel is great, although there are no restaurants at all in the area and there is absolutely nothing to do. Next to it are burgers and a pizza place that closes early (2 types of pizza on the menu).
Fantastic location,built on Przno Bay headland just south of Budva.The bay has restaurants,cafes bars,boat trips and a convenience store,literally steps from Kazanegra apartments.We chose a 2 bedroom apartment fully equipped for self catering which had high quality bedding,linen,towels and a lovely shady deck overlooking the beach.
We enjoyed staying at the apart hotel, the view from the balcony was amazing, the apart was clean and the host very nice! We also loved petting the 2 friendly cats which are very well taken care of!
