The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We arrived early and they were able to get us into our room. When a minor room mechanical issue materialized, they were quick to move us to an even nicer room. And on checkout they gave us a ride to the airport at no additional charge.

Very nice hotel, spotless clean, comfy beds, very helpful staff, nice breakfast (wich they serve from 8-11). There is a kitchen in the room, but no dishes. You can borrow it from the restaurant. Pools are open 9-21, you can have lunch and dinner at the restaurant at extra charge. Pool towels are provided. To me it seems like this is a family hotel, since there were many families with children. We really loved it, I highly recommend it!

The sunset sea view from my balcony is amazing. Another good thing is they provide parking spot and it’s free of charge. Manager Ozan was super welcoming and gave us where to eat and what to do. If you stay there more than a day without having Seaview, they have balcony at rooftop where you can see the most beautiful sunset and chill.

Location was very central and close to everything. It is located inside the wall. Nadja was so nice and helpful. She even turn on the AC before I came so that the room was cool when I arrive. Bed was comfortable and hot water was available. Wifi outside the room was good. Washing machine was working well.

Excellent customer service. They really went above and beyond. We had some trouble with our plane and arrived really late and they were very responsive and let us checkin at 1:30 am. Spacious apartments with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a nice view over Budva. Also they have a restaurant on the property as well as a small pool and the food was pretty good.
