The apartments are of high quality and offer a stunning view of Budva city. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy. The room was immaculate, and the breakfast provided a diverse range of options. I highly recommend these apartments due to their advantageous location in a well-serviced area, as well as their proximity to downtown Budva, which is just a five-minute walk away. Just be aware that you need a bit of cardio fitness to ramp up to the stairs (but we enjoyed this, too!)

We received a bigger room/apartment at no additional cost, and the owner was kind enough to let us check out 2 hours later than usual.
It's a nice spacious and well-designed apartment with lots of light sources and a working kitchen. The building itself is super close to the beach and 10 minutes (of walking) away from Budva's Old Town.

We liked the apartment. It was clean with plenty of room. Fantastic having a washing machine when away 6 weeks. It was close to a small supermarket for self-catering purposes. A very steep return walk to the beach, but doable.

Location was great in a small bay, with plenty of restaurants on the edge of the water and a small grocery store that had a good selection of foods if you are self catering. Nice walks around to the next bay. Easy to hop in a taxi to Budva. The photographs are accurate. Easy communication with the host.
The location of the apartment is right near the sea front with easy access. There is a supermarket very close (less than a minute walk).The apartment was very spacious and provided all the facilities needed for such a basic self catering holiday.

The apart hotel is very close to the bus station. Like 5 min by walking. And you can also walk to the Old Town in 10 minutes from the seaside. You can go to Sveti Stefan from the bus stop which is just 100 meters away. The hotel rooms are very clean. And the staff are very polite.
Bilya is excellent, friendly, helpful server and a very caring host... The location of the hotel is also excellent. The Old Town is just a five minute walk away. It has a location at the center of everything. The room was very tidy, clean and our view was great. My wife and I stayed for four nights. The best aparthotel in Budva in terms of price, location and quality. We are planning to be Bilay's guest again on our next trip to Budva.
