- The true asset of this place is its staff. They were welcoming and eager to help right from the start. Throughout the stay, from the very beginning to the end, everyone was genuinely smiling and ready to assist with any request.
- The apartment is very well furnished with soothing and pleasant color choices. It features a spacious bedroom and living room, and the bathroom amenities are excellent. Having two bathrooms with showers is a luxury that’s rare in rented apartments. The building itself is beautifully decorated, with remarkable architecture. A big thank you to the entire team, from the doorman to the building manager to the maid, for a truly enjoyable stay. Special compliments to the interior architect for her impeccable taste and to the team behind this project.

A recommendation would be to consider offering an optional cleaning service for guests staying over two nights. It could be complimentary or available for an additional fee, as it’s always nice to return to a well-maintained space, especially for guests with limited time.

This felt like a very spacious luxury apartment. Super clean and tidy inside. The surrounding area is so quiet and calm. There are some supermarkets nearby. Being able to order from the cafe downstairs brings an added layer of luxury to this place. The host left us his phone number in case we had any questions. He was super helpful when we called him and he texted us all the nice things to see around Rabat.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.

The staff was excellent. The best hotel service I have come across so far. One of the staff members came out with us at night just to show the direction.
The entire place is very clean, with rustic genuine wooden furniture and a minimalistic kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked for self catering and the location is superb with the grocery shops being conveniently nearby and a café opposite. I love it!
