The room was small but very comfortable and had all important things such as a mini fridge, glasses and cups, well working heating system and a tv. Also the windows were on the roof and you could look to the stars... very beautiful. We didn't meet the staff but had a phone call when we were confused with the door codes and they were very friendly and helpful!

It is the second time renting this place: first time was for my in-laws and now for my own parents. Both time the feedback was very positive. They mention that everything was super clean and convenient location (very close to the bus/train station). This time asked if my parents could leave their bags before check in time and the management was happy to help with that. Cozy apartment hotel in splendid location (close to Cathedral: heart of city centre). Very helpful staff even hotel is self check-in (I called them for the iron and their provided me with the instructions where to find it and even added some helpful tips on storing luggage on the day of leave, etc.)
An apartment hotel with such friendly staff. The place is close to the airport, city centre and the old city. (all by taxis).
There was no iron and ironing board but you can ask one from the reception.
It was a really plesant and easy going stay. We felt very wellcome from the first minute that Laura at the reception, who was at evening shift, greeted us. The aparthotel is comfy and honest to what it is offered. If you are looking for luxury or for some reason you must use elevator (I suppose you may also ask for a ground floor apartment if it suits you) look elsewhere.
Room was beautiful and very comfortable - lovely toiletries , breakfast was good and hotel service and location were perfect. Massage was excellent too.
I really enjoyed the coziness and home-like feeling inside the hostel. The stuff was very kind and satisfying, such is also the location in a modern neighborhood.
New aparthotel, in the very center of the city, very kind and quick personal. Please pay attention - no reception but clear instructions prvided in the message prior to an arrival. Very big benefit - free packing included. The kitchen in the common (basement area) equipped very well, Waschmachine with frei available Wäschmittel. Strongly recomment from business and private visits to Vilnius.
I love how clean and organize the hotel room and my room was warm and i like it . Btw it was winter. What i like the most from the hotel service is the Buffet Breakfast, it was perfect. And the location of the hotel is really easy to access only 10 minute walk from Bus / Train Station.
