Excellently maintained. Taken care of each and every minute detail in rooms. Interior design was very unique and comfortable. Variety of food choices were available. Food was tasty as well. Prices were resonable. It was close by to all the main attractions in Unawatuna and few minutes distance to mathara- colombo main road

We had a fantastic time at Sri Lanka Villa. Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and safe. It is possible to walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
The owner Upul was also there for two days and gave us a very warm welcome. Also the caretaker Vijith is a super nice and helpful person. We'll happily visit again!

Monkey Island is surrounded by nature, animals, birds, and beautiful views. The villa is located inland away from busy streets but within walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. The family owners are generous and always on hand if you need anything, but otherwise you're left to relax and enjoy your stay. This is a great place to stay long-term with fast wifi and fully equipped kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are big, bright, and spacious. Highly recommend this place to explore Hikkaduwa and the south of Sri Lanka 🇱🇰.

It was self-catering studio apartment complete with all cooking equipment. There is a short cut walk to the Unawatuna Beach and also was not that far to the Jungle beach on the other side. I love the fact that this place was surrounded by trees which was full of wildlife. Thoroughly Enjoyed the views from the balcony where I spend the most of my spare time. Overall simply amazing!
Great location away from traffic. Two amazing apartments to choose from, both with full self catering facilities. Modern appliances, a washing machine and a huge garden with plenty of parking space. I also felt very safe because of the tall lockable gates, and CCTV camaras. I recommend this place, honestly considering the price it is very underrated :)
