We loved this small and cosy family run apartment hotel, which is charming, well maintained and very comfortable. We had a beautiful shady balcony and there are comfortable sitting areas and a cute pool for cooling off. Bed with mosquito net was very comfortable. Drinking water dispenser in the room and full kitchen. An easy short walk to the beach. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They also do airport pick up and drop, and tourist trips, and have self-drive cars to rent. Perfect end to our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka
The manager and staff were very helpful, providing information and advice on local travel etc. The location was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a mixture of self catering and ordinary rooms. Some of the rooms/ furniture / décor were a little tired but all were functional. There were also some were newly constructed rooms which were very good. There was a pool and sunbeds located in a central courtyard. It was in a quiet location situated down a side street off the main road.
Excellent facilities and a lovely setting. There were several different options and a very tasty breakfast. Cozy and conveniently close to the ocean. It's close to the center and has many excellent places to eat in walking distance.
Considering its proximity to the Negambo Beach, the location of the hotel-apartment was fairly great. Not only is it conveniently located, but the staff members are also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting this place!
We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Beach Apartments (also known locally as The Beach All Suite Hotel) The apartment perfectly met our family's needs, offering a great location, spaciousness, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Above all, the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, including Manager Nasmeer, Ranga, Pias, Neil, and security guard Bandulla, made our stay truly memorable. We were genuinely reluctant to leave due to the homely and comfortable environment they provided

offered to arrange anything we needed. The location is near the airport so we stayed for 3 days, visited Negombo, Colombo and went on into the country. Then we came back before our flight back.
