The place is a visually appealing boho-style house and coffee place. Whoever built it paid a lot of attention to detail. It's the main reason why we felt great here. There are only a few rooms and the coffee house closes at 4pm. After that it's a very quite location with the sounds of birds all around. The view of the swamp and rice fields in front is charming.

We had a fantastic time at Sri Lanka Villa. Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and safe. It is possible to walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
The owner Upul was also there for two days and gave us a very warm welcome. Also the caretaker Vijith is a super nice and helpful person. We'll happily visit again!

I had an amazing stay at Villa Ciana. The villa is incredibly spacious, bright and well-designed, with each area whether it's the bedroom, kitchen, or balcony. It really gives off comfort and a modern, homely atmosphere. The highlight for me was the large balcony, with the beautiful views of the paddyfield and surrounding nature. Honestly, with such a serene setting, you could easily spend your entire stay just relaxing here. The villa is also conveniently located with easy access to the main road, and tuk-tuks can find it without any trouble. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with owners was perfect. I’ll definitely be returning for a longer stay next time!

Fantastic location. Quiet. Lovely people. There’s a self catering kitchen. We had a jungle view room so we saw lots of chipmunks, a few monkeys, lots of birds. Right next to a lovely restaurant- Chill Moon which they do delicious buffet. Already looking forward to come back again later this year. Good value.
Quiet, away from the road noise and the loud music of cheeky monkey. Good access to the beach, not even 5 minutes walk to the lazy left, rams and plantations surf breaks. swimming beach very close. Lovely staff. The bed is comfortable and fan quiet. Chill Moon restaurant is literally next to Chooty Place and they do lovely buffet. Lovely local family and very welcoming. Clean self-catering kitchen with a fridge. Jungle view rooms mean plenty of wildlife watching opportunities. We saw monkeys, birds, lizards and PLENTY of chipmunks!
