I have arrived late. At the time of arrival the kitchen was about to close.
I would like to thank the Lobby Manager, Ms. Ghulzhan who helped me to check in and she made arrangements to place an order for a meal with the kitchen, before I was checked in.
Excellent service from the team and from Ms. Ghulzhan.
Good breakfast, fast wifi. The room is clean and comfy.
The Hotel has a Spa and you are advised to book in advance.

I had a fantastic stay at the Altyn apartment in Astana. The place was very clean and cozy, making me feel right at home. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need – from water, an iron, and an ironing table to shampoo, shower gel, and even a kettle with tea. Amazing apart hotel with Spa, rooftop restaurant (highly recommended, food is fantastic) and perfect service. If you need cutlery/dishes, just just contact the reception and they will bring everything. Small supermarket and pharmacy is 10 mins walk, 30 mins walk to the city center. Free parking. Breakfast has various options
The YES apart hotel exceeded my expectations. Stuff was polite, Room was clean, and bad was convient. There were a lot of things at the room like fridge, cooker, teapot, wi-fi, tv, and finally... wash machine! Wi-fi 5Hhz is good enough. There was our personal router at the room.
