Clean spacious room, washing machine and microwave provided. Attention to detail was impeccable - even when we didn’t ask for room to be cleaned clean towels and new bottles of water were left at the door. Has a GS25 just on the ground floor. Staff were polite and helpful

Good and responsive customer service. We left a leather belt behind in the room after check out and got a message from the hotel. As we were nearby in another hotel in Seoraksan, we returned to pick it up at the reception counter. Self Check in and check out was done effortlessly with no issues at all.
