Good and responsive customer service. We left a leather belt behind in the room after check out and got a message from the hotel. As we were nearby in another hotel in Seoraksan, we returned to pick it up at the reception counter. Self Check in and check out was done effortlessly with no issues at all. Almost every amenity needed is provided in my room.

It is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Only a few minutes walk to the bus terminal, easy to take the bus to Seoraksan Mountain or Naksansa Temple. Communication with the owner is fast and pleasant. Would absolutely recommend it.

I loved that they had a little board with everyone’s names of who was staying that day. I thought it was a very cute, home-like touch. The rooms and overall place were very cosy.
the host was very friendly and caring. she helped us with but tickets, with good place reccomendations where to buy presents home, good place to eat, etc. it was also possible to have friendly talk with her to know more about country and each other.
in the kitchen there is home-like atmosphere, very cozy. room was simple, good but nothing special, not so many small cozy details like in common room-kitchen.
Great aparthotel. So new, clean and comfortable. One suggestion - as there is a washing machine, please leave one or two capsules with clothes washing powder.
