The room was very large, had everything we needed, washer/dryer, kitchen, big bathroom and very clean. The staff in the hotel are amazing and will go out of their way to help you. Facilities in the hotel are really good too, swimmingpool was closed, because it was winter. We arrived early, so our luggage was put in a seperate holding area for us, while we explored the surroundings, when we got back at check in time, our luggage was already waiting in our room.
Busstop right outside the hotel, trainstations are all a 5 minute walk and so is the "nightlife" scene, with restaurants (Korean, chinese, western,...) clubs ...and it all feels so safe, not once did we have an "unsafe" feeling in Seoul. Down the road is a "Paris Baguette", with amazing pastry and cakes ( and I'm from Belgium !!). At the groundfloor of the hotel there is a Starbucks and a "The coffee bean and tea leaf" and coffee and cake place. Next door is a Lotte Mall

Airport bus stops right outside the hotel which is convenient if you have been doing big shopping and don’t want to lug your luggages to the train station. Super clean and fresh.Self catering possible. The room is super tiny but got everything you need. Washing machine ( with powder provided) hob and microwave. Again tiniest bathroom I ever saw but really clean. Basic breakfast available ( toast and cereal) the room for breakfast is really lovely and a nice space to eat. The lady running it is lovely and super helpful. She gave me good advice about which bus to take to airport. She was answering text really quickly too

Music playing in the background during the day made me feel like in a cafe.
It was very quiet location and only a short walk to the railway station. We did not meet any staff as we were away each day at 7am and not back until the evening.
Facilities for self-catering were excellent.
I like the politeness of the staffs and they can understand and speak English. I like the simplicity and convenience of getting my door- lock passward and get into my serviced apartment. I ' m surprised to find different types of usb wire for charging & steaming wardrobe. They are very useful. I also like the tidiness and cleanliness of the room and its decoration & arrangement. I also like the neighbourhood surrounded by convenience stores, cafe and food stalls and metro train is walkable reach.
This serviced apartment is like a hotel but better version. They have 24/7 concierge unlike other apartments where you have to do self check in. All the staff are very friendly and polite. They helped us to order taxi and lifted all our luggages to the Taxi. Thank you for your hospitality.
Great location, about 5-7 minutes from subway, very good food street around, and two handy stores. The room was OK - no more, no less than expected. Quiet, clean, fast internet access. One of very few multi-room serviced apartments available in Seoul. VERY helpful staff.
