The location is fantastic, just a few steps away from the main street of Haeundae. They allow you to leave your luggage in the room after 11 AM, so if you arrive early, be sure to inform the staff. The room was spotless, featuring a high-quality Samsung fridge, stove, laundry machine and all the kitchenware you could need. There’s also a cozy living room area perfect for enjoying meals, along with plenty of towels for showering and cleaning. The highlight, however, is the separate bedroom, which is incredibly quiet and equipped with blackout curtains to ensure total darkness. You're guaranteed to have a restful night's sleep here.

We were expecting a hotel - we got a serviced apartment! Check in was easy, the staff were lovely and the location was fantastic (1 minute walk to Jagalchi Station). I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The gentleman at the concierge brought up our luggage and nicely introduced all facilities, huge compliment to Lora Lee at the concierge when we checking out, found my missing bag and walk us to the taxi , what a demonstration of 5 star hotel service
We stayed room 1215. Building had a close access to the ocean (5min walk) and stores.
First time to stay residential hotel. Didn't realized what it was and will never stay such accomodation.
Lift is too busy most of time by tourists.
Toilet waste blocked and flooded but staff handled within reasonable time frame but sounded blaming us using too much toilet paper??? That was abrupt and very poor skill to treat customers (Photo attached at Outside - Sorry lack of space to upload photo)
Staff was very helpful and polite, they even kept my bag safely in the backroom (with a receipt to hand over) when I went to visit for hours after checking out!
The gym room was a bit disappointing but the quality of the hotel service, the room and the delicious breakfast (probably the best breakfast service I had in my entire 2 week stay in South Korea) make up for it by far
