Owner is a fraud renting out this place to foreigners only knowing the Korean law will protect him from any offences. Police cannot do anything as it’s a civil matter which the victim would need to take him to the Korean civil court for the fraud. Obviously foreign tourists would not be able to do that, and the owner knows he will get away with it.

The hotel services are perfect (spa, swimming pool...) and the breakfast is good and varied. There's enough choice to satisfy everyone.

check in and check out was hassle free . They communicated via messenger in booking.com and all the instructions were clear. It was a service apartment. Rooms were spacious. Also the shuttle bus to airport was much convenient .

It was a serviced apartment style accomodaton. Very comfy and clean. Staff was also very friendly. There was underground parking as described and convenience stores nearby and within the same buidling. Many food stores also in the same building and across the road. Everything was just as described.
