Staff was great. The place is surrounded by nature and it's lovely. The pool is nice and the kitchen for the self catering guests work-even though some of their things were overly used and could be replaced (those chopping boards belong to the compost) . When I went in distress to talk to reception about the kitchen they responded immediately and with a smile.
