Walking distance from the monorail in one direction and supermarket in the other, self check-in and out was very smooth, room + bathroom were clean, shower products smelled nice, hot water + wifi worked well. I thought the bed was comfortable and slept fine (I like soft beds, need a break from the 凉席 sometimes). Overall very nice, I'd stay here again!

The staff were super nice, courteous and helpful. The property manager (maybe he’s the owner) was quick to respond to my questions/ requests before and during the stay. In addition to the free airport pickup and drop off service, they also provided free rice balls for breakfast and tons of snacks and drinks for the rest of the day in the common area. When we checked out and were leaving to catch our taxi, the property manager was even waiting downstairs to see us off which is the type of service that you can usually get from a high end ryokan. Our room was spacious enough for 3 adults, clean and comfortable. The building location is in a quiet area. A bus stop is right across the street from the building with buses that took us to the art museum and Kokusaidori. Naminoue Beach and Shrine, Fukusuen Garden and a supermarket are within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Naha again.
