Great location. This Apartment Hotel was just what we needed half way through our time in Japan, with a good washing machine & clothes drying facilities. The Kitchenette was also useful. Staff were very friendly & helpful
Conveniently located next to the bus terminal. It was a good price and the room was spacious. The room was more like a serviced apartment rather than hotel room. Decent sized kitchen with oven, stove, microwave and a large washer/dryer in the room.
Best hotel service I have ever experienced. Spacious room, spotless facilities, free afternoon tea service, and three incredible onsens. I also had a spa treatment at the hotel spa that was incredible.
Enjoyed the proximity to the Takayama station, and the service apartment like accomodation. The washer & dryer is a bonus! There's also onsen voucher to visit the onsen at their sister hotel.
Rooms are big enough to do luggage packing comfortably.
Staff were very friendly! I ran out of my bottled water and they were kind enough to provide some to me.
It is a residential hotel and, therefore, it is possible to experience a little of the life of a typical Japanese family. The apartment is very well equipped, including a washing machine. The hotel is next to the train and bus station. This made it much easier to explore the region. The space is very clean, there are many amenities in the room and it is very quiet.
