We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.
Located just a 7-minute walk from the nearest ski elevator, Akazora offers spacious apartment-type accommodations with varying decor and free WiFi throughout.

The apt was new, bright, spacious and comfy with a mid-sized fridge and freezer and kitchen space to prepare simple things. Discount for summer was a real draw!! It is a block from Seicomart combini and near many bars and restaurants. We commuted there without a car and not too much is open in summer season right around there but enough of a variety of food. We got lots of walking in. The company offered to pick us up and drop us back at Kutchan station for free, which was lovely.

The staff were amazing, very hospitable and helpful to ensure I enjoyed my stay. The facilities were very clean, modern & easy to use for cooking. There was also a welcome package which was amazing!
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Lovely spacious chalet, warm and well set up for self catering. Annapuri was lovely and quiet compared to other villages, great ski slopes for beginners. Niseko Black staff were fantastic with transfers and assistance throughout the week. Highly recommend.
It was more like a 5-star serviced apartment. The BEST accommodation throughout my stay in Hokkaido. Super spacious, classy interior design, clean, comfortable and with a great view of Mt Yotei. Even considering that I travelled during the shoulder season, this is hands-down the most value for money accommodation!
Building is very new, rooms good size and the self catering option is great with a Lawson station downstairs. Common kitchen on each floor as well as a 5 washer/dryer laundry.
Amazing view of Mt Yotei. Nice spacious service apartment at upper hirafu with lots of amenities nearby. we got a very spacious 1bedroom and allow us to even cook some meals ourself. we loved our stay there.
