Themed rooms were a treat for the kids. The double decker bed design was well thought off and good fun for them.

So thankful that we managed to check in earlier than usual. Staff was friendly and helpful thou communication in English was abit of a challenge.

A lot of space and the balcony was great for drying our laundry.

We were very lucky to meet two helpful ladies as we were there b4 12pm and they allowed us to leave our luggages outside our unit and brought them in for us when they are done with cleaning up!

The hotel service is excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The bath was very spacious. Good location, easy access to all downtown places.
Service apartment with washing machine, fridge, small dining area. The room was big with comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the separate toilet & bathroom concept and the double vanity counters outside the bathroom. Drying feature in the bathroom was very useful for drying washed clothes.
Despite the language barrier, the staff were helpful.
Very nicely decorated and comfortable. The filtered water tap was great for big family and the sink tap had touchless on/off. Very cool feature. Apartment was hotel-like all the way. There is Nintendo switch for entertainment too.
